What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept internationally recognised credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard and American Express. We also accept the following debit cards Delta, Solo, Switch. If you wish to pay by another method we have facilities to accept sterling postal orders and International Money Orders (IMO).

How safe is it to pay using my credit or debit card?
Completely! When you checkout, you are taken to the Barclays ePDQ. It is only when you are on their secure site that you are requested to enter your card details.

How will you use my personal details?
We use any information obtained about yourself to process your orders and to provide you with a more personalised service. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. And we won't use it to give you the hard sell either ! No, you won't be receiving e-mails from us every other day.

How much will it cost to send my order?
Our postal charges are structured to keep our total prices as low as possible. Naturally, the more items you buy, the less the postage cost per item. See our Delivery page for full information.

How do you send the stuff?
Most of our goods will be sent by air parcel post- we find it's the best balance between cost and speed. If, however, you want it sent some other way, contact us and we'll be happy to quote for your preferred shipping option.

Where can I find the best bargains on the site?
To the right of all the pages, you'll find a link which says bargains - click it. Our bargain section is continually being updated with end-of-lines, which we have to clear to make room for the new product that we receive. We suggest you check it frequently.

Can you guarantee being the cheapest on the net?
In a word, no! Some sites specialise in selling seconds, factory clearouts, old collections, joblots- these come cheap. We, on the other hand, only buy current collections from our brands, and we use our experience to buy the styles that'll fly. This, naturally comes at a price, but we think it's worth it- and you deserve it ! Whilst we may not spare any expense to bring you the best kit, we keep our overheads as low as possible to ensure that our pricing to you is competitive- we hope you'll agree.
