If you've read the "About Us" page, you'll know that we're a family business. We've been trading from our shops for the last twenty-five years. Most of our customers are regulars- friends & neighbours, who we've served for years. The reason they keep coming back is simple- we give them what they want, and treat them the way we would like to be treated ourselves. Our philosophy with this website is identical- we want to make sure that you always get a square deal from us, in every possible sense. Our policies listed below follow from this very simple ideal.
Everything in this site has been designed to ensure that it is simple to understand and to access. If you have any queries or suggestions, there are numerous opportunities throughout the site to contact us - please do. Your input will help make this site better for all of us.

All the information you provide W1Style is regarded highly confidential. It is used for internal purposes only. We guarantee never to sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding yourself to any third party without your express approval.
Payment Policy
At W1Style, we have made every possible effort to ensure that you do not suffer from fraudulent use of your credit card. For this reason, when you checkout, you will automatically be taken to the Barclaycard epdq site, who will process your credit card details on our behalf. It is in this secure environment that you will be required to enter all your personal & credit card details. Barclaycard instantly carry out all necessary security checks. In order for your purchase to be approved it is essential that you complete all required stages.
W1Style do not hold your credit card details at any point during, or after the order has been placed, and so we are unable to provide you with any information about your credit card transaction. The transaction on your credit/debit card is initially preauthorised and subsequently charged when your goods have been shipped.
On our website we try and show you a very large proportion of all the products that we stock in our high street shops. As you can appreciate, this stock changes on an hourly basis, and you may find that an item that you ordered may not be available, despite our efforts to maintain a true picture of what is available. Within 24 hours of your order (weekdays), we will confirm if we are able to ship your order.
Shipping Policy
Our aim is to ship all your orders on the same day if we receive the order by midday CET (Central European Time) or the next day if we receive it after then.
All our products are shipped from Gibraltar, and distributed to you via the Royal Mail in the UK.
How long you'll have to wait to receive your goods depends on where you live. Generally, we can quote the following delivery times: -
UK: up to 10 business days EEC: up to 21 business days Rest of Europe & N. America: up to 21 business days
These delivery times may vary, subject to any changes at the country of destination.
We've tried to keep our postage rates as simple as possible.
Packages to UK - £4.50 - Flat rate EEC (except UK) & N. America - £7.50 - Flat rate
Please note: A further £3 is added to the above shipping fees if the order contains footwear, jackets or jeans due to their higher shipping costs.
Unfortunately, due to the difficulty in insuring our packages, we are unable to ship goods to any countries outside these zones
Although highly unlikely, you may receive your order in a split shipment. If so, there will be no extra shipping costs to you, and you will be advised prior to sending out your first package.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You may also be responsible for payment of import duties to your local authority. Please note that for many countries, we are required to declare the total value of goods shipped, even when that order is a gift.
Duty payments
All goods are shipped from Gibraltar where W1Style Ltd is based. If your delivery address is outside of Gibraltar, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged when the shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; W1Style Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that cross-border shipments are often subject to inspection by customs authorities.
These charges are often collected by your Postal Service and may be described by them as "Postal Charges".
If you decide not to pay these charges, then your order will be returned to us in due course. Our returns policy dictates that we can only refund you when we receive the goods.
Unfortunately, the actions of individual Customs Authorities are out of our control, and we accept no liability for their actions.
Returns Policy & Procedure
At W1Style, we accept that, despite our wonderful service, there may be occasions when you need to return goods. We therefore have a three-point guarantee to cover most eventualities.
1. If you're unhappy with what you've received, return it to us in its original unused condition (with all the tags please!) and we'll exchange it or provide you with a refund (excluding P&P) - just make sure you do it within 30 days of purchase.
2. We believe in the quality of the goods that we sell, and, with the proper care, they should last for some time. If you have received any goods which, within 60 days of your purchase, are subsequently found to be faulty, we will exchange them or provide you with a credit note or a refund (including your postage costs). We reserve the right to compensate you if we feel the goods have not been cared for as recommended by the manufacturers. This does not affect any guarantees or warranties provided by the manufacturer.
3. If we accidentally send you goods that you haven't ordered, return them to us within 30 days of purchase in their original unused condition, and we will we will exchange them or provide you with a credit note or a refund (including your postage costs).
Please note that refunds will be issued once we have received your goods (please allow up to 7 days for your returns to be processed).
** IMPORTANT ** *to make any return you MUST follow the procedure stated below*
When you decide to return goods to us, visit this site and go to the returns form in the customer service section. Within 48 hours of receiving your form, you will receive an authorisation by us with a returns number and details of where to send your packet. When sending the goods, please ensure that your details (name, address, transaction No.), along with this number are clearly marked on the package.
We strongly advise you to use sturdy packaging, and to send the goods by registered mail, as this is the only way to claim any compensation if your goods get lost along the way. We advise all our customers that , under no circumstances, should you send your return without the proper authorisation to our offices. Typing and Publishing Errors
We shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions found on this web site. We reserve the right to make product information and pricing changes without notice. Specifications, features and promotions about product found on this web site are obtained from the manufacturer and may be changed by the manufacturer without our knowledge at any time
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even when the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account.
Response Time We intend to respond to your queries within 24 hrs of receiving it. This response time may vary, depending on the demand and at weekends. We are committed to provide you with a service to back up, what we feel, is an excellent product and editorial offer. If you're not convinced by what you see, give us an earful about it!
Loss of Property You will receive confirmation by e-mail when we have sent out your order. If it does not arrive when expected, we urge you to contact us, so that we can chase it from our end. In the unlikely event that this order is lost by the postal service, please note that we do not accept responsibility for the loss. Most credit cards provide an insurance to cover for this eventuality, and we suggest that you contact them if this occurs. We will, however, be more than happy to help you with your claim to the credit card issuer, and provide you with any documentation that you require.
